Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Schedule My Haircut / Agenda Belleza, operated by Schedule My Haircut (the service operator). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

A calendar, booking link, reminders and an AI assistant for stylists. The Free plan is free with no appointment limit. Pro is $11 USD per month (or $199 MXN in Mexico), billed monthly through Stripe, and you can cancel anytime; it stays active until the end of the paid period.

Founders offer

The founders code gives the first 50 accounts 3 months of Pro with no card. After that your account returns to Free unless you subscribe. You never lose your calendar or clients.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe.
• Only add clients you have a relationship with, and respect their request to stop receiving messages.
• Follow WhatsApp's and the carriers' messaging policies. Do not use the service for spam or anything unlawful.
• Review your calendar: the AI assistant can make mistakes, and you are responsible for your appointments and prices.

AI assistant

The assistant identifies itself as a virtual assistant, offers only times that are free on your calendar and hands off to you when unsure. It does not give legal, medical or financial advice.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
